On April 19, 2025, Hunan StarMed Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University held a symposium on technological innovation and transformation at Hunan StarMed Medical's headquarters. The event aimed to deepen collaboration among industry, academia, research, and healthcare sectors, fostering medical technology innovation and the translation of research into clinical applications.


During the symposium, Jiang Leyang, General Manager of Hunan StarMed Medical, warmly welcomed Secretary Chai Xiangping and his delegation from the Second Xiangya Hospital. Jiang accompanied the hospital leaders on a tour of the company's automated production lines, R&D center, and physicochemical laboratory. He provided a detailed overview of the company's concept verification platform, micron-level 3D printing system, R&D testing laboratory, successful cases of technology commercialization, and examples of industry-academia-research collaboration. Jiang emphasized the company's commitment to innovation and its development philosophy of breaking barriers in high-end medical technology. He expressed hope that through deep cooperation with the Second Xiangya Hospital, more innovative technologies could transition from the laboratory to clinical settings, empowering precision medicine.
