Wound Debridement Disposable Pulse Lavage System

Clinical studies have shown that pulse lavage is crucial for both orthopaedic surgeries and wound debridement. In arthroplasty, cleansing the bone bed using a pulse lavage is essential for the prosthesis' long-term life. In wound debridement, it successfully removes more than 90% of contaminated materials, germs, and necrotic tissues, which lowers infection rates.

 

The pressure pump in the handpiece is powered by a DC motor and connected to a battery bag for power. The flushing pipe connects the pressure pump's inlet to the cleaning liquid storage box. An incorporated punching and sucking nozzle is attached to the pressure pump's outlet. a flushing integrated spray head negative pressure port coupled to a negative pressure suction pipe. When the handpiece is turned on, the pressure pump can start washing and the negative pressure suction tube can start draining under vacuum.
